- Prepare of boiled potatoes.

- In a pan heat 2 spoon oil and add chopped onion,garlic ginger paste and green chillies..
- Add salt in it so onion will get cook very fast. Saute for 2 mins and now add boiled mashed potatoes n green peas in it..
- Saute for 2 mins. And now add all masalas like turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala..
- Mix it well and now add lemon juice and coriander init. Off the stove. Stuffing is ready. Let it be cool for 15 mins..
- After 15 mins or when the stuffing becomes in room temperature take a pastry sheet. Remove pastry sheet at least before 2 hrs from refrigerator. and keep ready oven preheat at 180 degree..
- Now put pastries on a board or plate and add spoon stuffing on it. Put it only one side..
- You can fold pastries according to your choice. I've made 2 shapes..
- Now keep puff into oven to bake at 200 degree for 20 mins..
- Check after 10 mins. You can see half puffs are baked..
- After 20 mins puffs are ready to be served. Serve it hot..
