- You need of Rava / Semolina.
- Provide of Carrots.
- Provide of Peas.
- Use of Beans.
- Use of Onion chopped.
- Take of Tomato Chopped.
- Get of hot water or more.

- Provide of Oil and Ghee.
- Prepare of Green Chilli.
- Use of Ginger Garlic paste.

Instructions to make Vegetable Upma:
- First Roast rava in some ghee and remove from pan. In same Pan add some oil add Mustard,curry leaf,Red Chilli and add chopped onion sauté well then add ginger garlic paste..
- Then add all chopped veg and sauté well for few minutes add salt to taste,add some coriander and mint leaves (not too much) add tomato. Once all veg is cooked add hot water and boil for while..
- Now add salt and adjust (i taste the water to be salty) Then add the rava and mix well and close lid for while till done..
- Now mix well and add some ghee at end..
DIRECTIONS Vegetable upma is ready when whole water gets evaporate. Delicious vegetable upma is ready to serve. Upma is a light and nutritious breakfast which is cooked using semolina and vegetables.
