  1. Sieve maida with baking powder and baking soda, cornflour and keep it aside..

  3. Add melted chocolate and mix well, and add the dry ingredients and milk and just bring the brookie dough together..
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper & preheat the oven to 170°c..
  5. Flatten the brookies between your palms & place them on parchment paper, place the chocolate chunks over each brookie and bake them in a preheated oven over 170°c for 15-18 minutes..
