- Get of Zatarain's New Orleans Style Jambalaya Mix(I use the low sodium one).
- Get of onion, chopped.
- You need of Garlic clove, chopped.
- Take of Rotel tomatoes.
- Get of Smoked Sausage,cut into 1 inch pieces.
- Provide of Medium Shrimp, cleaned.
- Provide of Fresh Rosemary,chopped.
- Take of bay leaf.

- In skillet heat 2 Tbsp oil medium heat, add chopped onion and saute till tender then add sausage and brown for just a minute or two..
