  2. #ForKabsa_Topping On medium heat the Ghee ist fry Almonds till it become light brown, then fry the raisins as well. And Pour both on tissue paper to remove excess oil..
  3. #Kabsa_MainDish Once lamb cooked properly, Pour all the stock (Yakhni) in other pan, bring it to boil, add rice till it perfectly cooked... On the otherhand fry lamb with Lil bit oil with garam Maslaaaa.. It gives more crizmatic eroma....
