  1. Get 2 cups of Maida.
  2. Get 1 tsp of Baking Powder.
  3. Use to taste of Salt.

  1. Take a bowl and add Maida, Salt and 3tbs oil and mix it well with your hands and try to hold it in your hands.
  2. It should be crumbled and will start holding shape.
  3. Now add iced cold water to make a dough, knead it for 5 to 6mnts.
  4. Once the dough is tight and smooth, like shown in the bellow image.
  5. Cover it with a wet kitchen towel and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  6. Now take a Non-stick pan and add 2tsp of oil into it (flame should be on medium).
  7. Now add chopped onion and chopped capsicum and saute it for 1mnt.
  8. After 1mnt add Paneer cubes and boiled sweet corn into it and give it a mix and saute it for 1mnts.
  9. Add 3tbs of water into it, simmer the gas.
  10. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 3mnts.
  11. Add 3tbs of Tomato Sauce.
  12. 2tbs of Pizza Sauce.
  13. 1tbs Red chilli Sauce, Salt to taste, A pinch of Black pepper and Pizza oregano and give it a mix.
  14. Turn off the gas and Let the filling cool completely.
  15. Add cheese to it and again give it a mix and keep it aside.
  16. After 1 hour uncover the dough and knead it once again for ½mnt.
  17. Divide dough into 2parts.
  18. Take one part and roll it well and it should be little thick(not very thick).
  19. With the help of a knife cut it in 6 rectangular shape pcs..
  20. On all the edges brush some water to bind it..
  21. Stuff 3 rectangular pcs with 1tbs of filling and cover them with other three rectangular pcs..
  22. Now press the sides of each stuffed Paneer puff and seal it with the help of a fork..
  23. Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till golden brown.
