- Use 6 of Chocolate whey protein.
- Provide 3 cup of Quick oats.
- Get 15 of Dried plums (pitted, and sliced).
- You need 1/2 cup of Raw cashews, crushed.

- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon.

- Roll each ball in the shredded coconut.
